Digi-Con

I went to digi-con dressed as a female Mad Hatter! I have always wanted to go to comic con and it is something that has been on my bucket list since day one but have never had the money or time to do so, until now! For the last few months, I have been looking forward to getting dressed up and taking my two youngest baby brothers to the digi-con event in my home town and it was so worth it!

The line up for the event seemed to last a lifetime. I think I was stood outside for about an hour and a half and the whole time my two little brothers were stood complaining, meanwhile the wind kept blowing my skirt up, it was a long hour and a half. When we finally got in, it was amazing! Seeing so many awesome cosplay outfit and meeting so many brilliant people was just mind blowing, you should have seen the smiles on my baby brother`s faces, scratch that, you should have seen the smile on my face, I felt like a 8 year old.

The atmosphere at digi con was amazing, everyone is so friendly and the attractions are just epic. Me and my baby brothers had so many pictures taken with cosplayers, the delorean and Norman Lovett! I MET NORMAN LOVETT! Since I could walk on all fours, my dad has had me watching every episode of Red dwarf repeatedly and I absolutley loved the show, I mean it was funny, brilliant and Cat was just the best! So you could imagine my excitement when I met Norman Lovett who played Holly and had a picture with him, I mean I was over the moon!

I have alredy made so many plans to go to more events, there is the Cleethorpes, hull and sheffield comic cons coming up this summer and I am so excited for all of them dressed as a female Mad Hatter again, though I have started designs for a mystique and Cinderella.

But honestly, if you haven`t been to comic con but want to, you should definitely go for it, it is honestly the best thing!
